Learn the technique of these often mystified inversions in this invigorating workshop - headstands, handstands and forearm-stands! We will discuss mechanics and alignment, practice the building blocks and drills, and discover how to incorporate both the drills and the inversions into your regular practice! This workshop is for students of all levels who wish to learn something new, challenge their practice, refine their technique, or just play!
Be guided through an effective and simple Thai massage sequence, aimed at reducing soreness and gain range of motion in your legs and hips. Thai massages are fully clothed, that combine gentle yoga poses and deep tissue techniques in order to achieve muscle relaxation, not often obtained in either separately. All participants receive a workbook for continued home practice. Welcome to bring a friend or be paired with another student. Great for athletes too!
